6 week series in a small group setting for enhanced well-being

I know it can feel really daunting trying something new, that's why I’m offering a small group (maximum 4 people) beginner 6-week yoga series. Taught with a trauma-informed approach, you will be in a safe and supportive space. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect and inclusivity, understanding that everybody has their own journey. - Feel empowered, with options and choices to suit your needs. - Move at your own pace, with no pressure to follow others, and absolutely no rush. - Learn accessible, inclusive practices that enhance health and support your nervous system. - Tools to help build resilience to stress and reduce anxiety, in a friendly, supportive and welcoming space. What’s included: • Yoga movement to help you feel more grounded, present and calm. • Breathing techniques to help you quickly calm your nerves, whenever you are. • Vagus nerve exercises to help boost well-being, promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve emotional resilience. • Weekly somatic check-ins to help raise self-awareness, and learn to respond to your needs with compassion and in practical ways. • Guided relaxations and meditations to help improve sleep, mental focus and emotional wellbeing (no expectation to remain still). • Small group setting (maximum 4 students) for safety, consistency and community. This 6-part series enables you to build consistency and stability into your week. It will teach you simple yet powerful practices to help you feel more grounded and present in your body, to calm and soothe your nerves, improve sleep, and support your emotional and physical well-being, guiding you to more balance, ease and stability. These yoga practices can help calm inflammation, enhance sleep quality, uplift mood, improve digestion, boost immune response, sharpen concentration, and improve strength, flexibility, co-ordination, and circulation. Each week, we will build on previous weeks’ content to help you build a stable practice, and fully embody what you are learning, allowing you to progress at your own pace. Come as you are, no judgement, no pressure, and absolutely no experience needed. What to Bring/Wear: Comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. If you have your own yoga mat, feel free to bring it along, if not, don´t worry I can loan you one.
Cancellation Policy
Please Note - Cancellation of scheduled yoga classes, workshops, programmes and events are non-refundable. You can, however, transfer the booking to a friend or family member who can attend in your place (in this instance, you will need to arrange this with me no later than 48 hours before the scheduled activity). Private Yoga Sessions Rescheduling - If a private yoga session needs to be rescheduled, please do so within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If this change is made with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled appointment, the full rate of the session will be charged. Packages of multiple private yoga sessions must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.
