Private Personalised Yoga

Private yoga sessions could really benefit you if you would like a practice specifically designed for you and your needs, if you are feeling stressed or anxious, prefer not to join a group class, need to recharge your batteries, or want to work on a specific area. Yoga can improve sleep, boost mood, reduce anxiety, build strength, mobility, flexibility and balance, improve circulation, and more. 

 

I provide personalised, one-on-one guidance, custom-tailored to your needs, goals and preferences. We’ll work together to explore what works best for you. Whatever is going on for you, my teaching approach is trauma-informed, so I hold a caring, safe and supportive space, offering practices to help regulate the nervous system, promoting overall health and well-being (find out more about trauma-informed yoga here).

 

The beauty of working one-to-one means there is flexibility in where/when we meet, and I can adapt the sessions to meet how you are feeling on the day, helping to rejuvenate and nourish your whole system.

What Can I Expect in a Private Yoga Session?

The sessions are flexible and will be designed to suit you, but as an outline, we´ll start with a brief check-in, followed by grounding/centering techniques, to help you settle. We´ll move on to warm-ups, explore bespoke yoga movement (which can also be practised on a chair), a relaxation, and conclude with a brief check-in. 

 

If you're interested, we can explore breath work, meditations, Ayuveda basics, journaling and more, tailored to your needs. Sessions can range from deeply calming or invigorating, as chosen by you. If desired, I can also create personalised home practices for you to try between our sessions. 

 

Each session last for 1 hour. I offer discounted packages for a programme of 6 sessions, which are great for us to really hone in on some of the practices that support you the most, allowing for deeper relaxation and improved wellbeing.  

Where Are The Sessions and Do I Need to Bring Anything?

There's plenty of options to suit you - sessions can take place in the comfort of your home (within 5 miles of Solihull), online, or in a Solihull home studio (coming soon), depending on your preference. You don´t need to bring anything but yourself. If you have your own yoga mat feel free to bring it along. 

What Should I Wear?

Whatever you are comfortable in and allows for some free movement. You might like to have a jumper or warm layer on hand for the relaxation at the end, to stay cosy and relaxed. I will provide a blanket for relaxation, but you are welcome to bring your own along. 

I´ve Never Done Yoga Before - What if I Can´t Do Something?

Don´t worry, every session is accessible, everything is an invitation, and I offer lots of variations and alternatives to explore so that we can find what suits you best. Every body is different and unique. I always tailor the sessions to suit the individuals' level, needs and preferences. These sessions offer a supportive, calm and compassionate space to practice at your pace. Beginners are very welcome.

 

Can I bring a friend?

Yes, of course! I offer individual, couple and small group private yoga classes. The cost per person also works out cheaper if there is more than one person. Prices are listed below.

Super Deluxe Package - 90 min

Experience a bespoke yoga practice, carefully crafted for you. Melt away tension as you move into deep rest & rejuvenation with an extended guided relaxation, nurturing your entire being. Take home a customised written yoga sequence, journal prompts, & a relaxation audio. In the first session, also take home aromatherapy oil & a lavender eye-pillow for ultimate self-care.

Cancellation Policy for Private Sessions

If a session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, please do so within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. With less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled appointment, the full rate of the session will be charged.
