Information I Collect

I take GDPR seriously and prioritise protecting your privacy. All information collected from you is confidential and securely stored. The information collected from you is the information that you share with me by filling in a new student intake form, and sometimes additional information is collected during initial private consultations and/or sessions. I may collect personal information, such as your name, contact details, and other relevant information, when you voluntarily provide it through my website, email, or other means. With regards to any payments made by you for services, I do not record any of your bank information. Bank payments are taken through a secure portal.

 

Cookies - This site has been built using Wix. Wix and other third-party integrations may uses cookies to better the user experience. Users are given explicit permission to accept or deny the use of cookies on their device.

Data Storage and Processing

Online intake forms are securely sent via Google Forms, which has two-factor authentication, and additional security provided by Google. Paper versions are copied and stored to a password and encrypted protected folder, and the paper versions are either destroyed or kept in a secure folder. I use the collected information to process registration, for your health and safety in class, to understand session goals, to communicate with you, and to provide and improve my services.

I will never share your information with third parties, unless you give me specific consent to do so.
 

Communication

You will not receive any emails or messages from me unless you have agreed to this. You can also opt out of communications at any time by unsubscribing or letting me know.

Data Retention

Records will be stored for the duration that you are a student or client, and will be kept for a further 1 year, in case you return within this period and to save you the trouble of registering again. Records will then destroyed. If you join my mailing list, you will not be removed unless you unsubscribe.
 

Your Rights

If you would like a copy of your information at any point, please do contact me. You also have the right to rectify, and request deletion of your data held by me at any time.

I reserve the right to modify the privacy policy at any time. All changes will be effective immediately.
