Hi, I´m Kath, and I believe that yoga is for every body. I welcome students of all abilities and experience, offering a supportive, friendly environment where everyone can thrive. My classes are designed to empower you, enhance wellbeing, build resilience to stress and anxiety, and nurture inner balance in the face of life´s challenges. Rooted in a compassionate trauma-informed approach, I offer a safe and inclusive space, sharing practices to help soothe the nerves, which has a multitude of physical, mental and emotional health benefits.

Kath has been amazing, she supported me with pregnancy yoga and breathing techniques during a very anxious time in my life. She spent time reassuring me and demonstrated yoga moves to help me post-pregnancy and during pregnancy. We went at my own pace and she encouraged me to try different poses which I wouldn't have thought to do before. Her sessions were valuable to me and I would like to thank her for her positive energy and supporting me with 121 sessions. She helped me understand the importance of breathing techniques, which I now adapt in current yoga and stretches. Thank you Kath, I will never forget your calm and strong energy.

In addition, she helped me with stretches and yoga poses post-pregnancy with my wrist and carpel tunnel, which I was reluctant to do and she gave me alternative ways to position my hands to help strengthen them. Thank you Kath x
